We are a 24/7 gym with key fob access.
However, our desk service hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 11:00 am
Sunday: no desk service
Nope! You don't need to book in advance, as we accept walk-ins. We do, however, enrourage people to call or email us prior to coming in to take a look around so we can ensure you get our full attention.
Please note: The gym is 24/7 for members with key fob's
