Personal training takes all the guess-work out of the equation; how often to work out, sets, reps, rest, weight, etc… Everything is simplified for you.
To help you decide if you personal training can assist you in your fitness goals, you can begin with booking a Fitness Blueprint.
A FItness Blueprint is a 1 hour session of one-on-one time with our Fitness Consultant and Functional Movement Screening Specialist. You will receive a snapshot of your current health and fitness status, as well as a few recommendations for next steps. The 5 areas of focus for your session:
This session is crucial to have a baseline assessment prior to beginning your personal training journey! The fitness consultant will recommend a personal training package that is necessary to reach your goal and will also set you up with the trainer that will suit your needs the best. An initial blueprint is one session completed prior to beginning a personal training program. An annual blueprint provides you an opportunity to meet with our fitness consultant 4x/ year to set goals and review them quarterly for evaluation of progress.
If training in a group is more enticing for you, we have the program for you!! We are extremely excited to announce our brand new Hybrid HIIT 6 Week Program beginning May 7th! 🏋️♀️
Combining traditional resistance-based movements with cardiovascular exercises, Hybrid HIIT offers a unique opportunity to work towards your fitness goals in a group training environment. Moving through a series of exercises, members will complete time-based sets seeking to work through principles of progressive overload by adding weight, slowing down tempo, and keeping time under tension. To improve cardiovascular goals, members will strive to hit caloric or meter-based targets in a fast-paced, high energy space. Certified personal trainers will remain in the class to support members as they transition through stations and help encourage proper lifting form.
If you’re seeking a high energy, group training environment with unique one-to-one training support, this is the class for you!
*Highly recommended that you are a moderate to advanced fitness level to participate.

While you are free to purchase one session, we do recommend purchasing a minimum of 12 sessions to get the groundwork laid for a well rounded fitness program as well as to learn the many nuances of body alignment that create the potential for good self awareness of body movement.

"Siobhan has been my personal trainer for approximately 6 years. I love working out under her direction for several reasons. First, my weekly workout with Siobhan is forever changing. Sometimes we use machines, sometimes it’s free weights, other days it’s a combination of both with an added splash of cardio!! With Siobhan changing my workout regularly I feel mentally engaged and very motivated. Physically, I feel strong and healthy.
Secondly, during this 6 year period I have had a couple of injuries such as rotator cuff, and I was in a “boot” for a couple of weeks. "I’ve had Melody as my Personal Trainer for just over a year. She is a great motivator and has helped me be stronger and more flexible, along with working on improving my balance.
