Her Blueprint Plus

Her Blueprint Plus is a comprehensive, 90-minute one-on-one session with Dr. Kristina Calder. With an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a MSc in Biomechanics, a PhD in Neuromuscular Physiology, and certifications in Health Coaching, Functional Nutrition, and Personal Training, Dr. Calder brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.

During your session, you’ll receive:

  • Health Coaching:
  • Discuss your biggest health challenges.
  • Dive into your health history and lifestyle habits.
  • Craft a long- and short-term vision for your health.
  • Develop a personalized health and wellness roadmap with clearly defined goals and first action steps.
  • Health and Fitness Analysis:
  • Measurement of current body composition.
  • Assessment of resting heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Evaluation of cardiovascular fitness through a 6-minute submaximal VO₂ bike test.
  • Assessment of strength via grip strength testing.
  • Functional Movement Screen and mobility assessment to identify areas for improvement.


Quarterly Check-In Package:
For clients who would like to track their progress and reassess their health throughout the year, we offer a package of 4 sessions:

  • Initial session: $129.
  • Follow-up sessions (3): $99 each.
  • Total for the Year: $426.

The quarterly package provides a consistent approach to monitoring your health and ensures you stay on track with your wellness goals.
